Returns & Replacements
Due to the consumable nature of tea products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and opened.
However, we may offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- The package was tampered with during delivery
- The product is missing from your order
To request support, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable for:

- Incorrect products received
- Duplicate payment issues
- Orders cancelled before dispatch
Once your request is verified by our support team, eligible refunds will be processed.
Non-Refundable Situations

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
